Welcome to CarBike Insight. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of carbikeinsight.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

About the Site

CarBike Insight provides editorial content about cars, motorcycles, and electric vehicles, including news, reviews, comparisons, specifications, and buying guides. We aim to serve readers in India and internationally with clear, useful information.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

User submissions and comments

If you submit content (for example via our contact form or comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt that content as needed to operate the Site and respond to you. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the Site in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero for free access) or (b) one thousand Indian rupees (INR 1,000), unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CarBike Insight from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
